Servcorp Business Shorts is a monthly event in which we invite a guest speaker and professionals who are willing to share their experience with like-minded business professionals. From my 15 years of experience as a corporate training instructor, I have come to realize how much people are immersed in the corporate organizational structure. In our current society, only a handful can clearly express “who they are, what they can do and what they can contribute” – in other words, the ability to explain the characteristics of their “brand.” Thus, over the past 3 years, mainly on the web, I have presented and educated people on “Human Branding®.” In order to survive this era, people who work need to realize their “brand” value. I believe that people who cannot brand themselves will eventually be removed from the workforce. During my presentation, I will explain how to “brand” people, a procedure that is different from building a corporate brand. Mr. Shuichi Noguchi majored in International Relations, and upon graduating university, he joined an airline company mainly in charge of traveler services, sales and promotion and taking the lead in a project introducing a new airplane model to the company.
Since then, he has come to an important realization that in the future, to operate a company, organizations require human resources that are capable of contributing to a drastic reform in management.
To change careers, he joined a venture company specializing in human resources development, working on human resources development based on teaching methods from Harvard Business School's MBA program.
He currently teaches and provides consulting services on “Human Branding®,” a concept he derived from his extensive experience as a corporate training instructor.
In July 2011, he has published a book titled “Seven Anti-Common Senses of Top Business Person.”
