Revealed! How to create a hit product
B2C companies are constantly making all kinds of efforts in order to continuously produce hit products. Pricing and sales promotion may be part of the strategy, but there is one underlying point that should not be missed. The most important thing is to make your product easy to understand for the consumers; in other words, being able to “understand with just the sound.” Ms. Shuly Kakinuma will be expanding on this topic during her presentation.
Ms. Shuly Kakinuma(Representative Director, CAN-Q Creative Inc.)
Ms. Shuly Kakinuma graduated from the Arts and Science department at Bunka Gakuin Academy. After working for an affiliate design company named Tomy Company, Ltd.(formerly known as Takara, Inc.), she decided to start her own company, CAN-Q Creative Inc. Ms. Shuly Kakinuma was part of the team who successfully planned and developed hit products such as “FLOWER ROCK”, “CROSS FIGHT B-DAMAN”, “BEYBLADE”, etc. She was also headhunted to work as Deputy Manager of Product Sales and Development at Universal Studios Japan®. Upon completing an active career in that role, she then started her own business again. After strengthening her social statistics and marketing knowledge, she now provides consumer trend analysis to large corporations such as TOPPAN PRINTING CO., LTD., Hitachi Consumer Marketing, Inc., Tomy Company, Ltd., etc.
