Job Description:

To quickly, efficiently and professionally provide facilities-management and maintenance-related services to internal clients; floor managers and their teams.

To assist floor managers and their teams in physical changes to their floors.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Painting of walls
  • Refurbishment of furniture
  • Refurbishment of other surfaces
  • Logging of work completed
  • Scheduling upcoming work requests with advice of managers
  • Communicate politely and professionally with Managers and Team members regarding work requests, scheduling and scope of abilities
Required Skills:
  • General fluency in English or Japanese
  • Willingness to learn further maintenance skills
  • Team player and ability to suggest improvements on a constant basis
  • Ability to use/learn basics of Microsoft Excel &/or other Microsoft Office software
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised while constantly updating stakeholders of progress/status
  • High attention to detail
  • Verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate deadlines
  • Professional presentation and attire

Work Location(s): Tokyo
Salary: Annual salary from 3.0M, Pay raise.
Work Hours: 8:30 ~ 17:30
