This is an entry level position for someone who is willing to develop a career in our IT team.
We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual who is wishing to develop an IT Client Support Engineer career in our international IT team in Tokyo.
The successful candidate will oversee coordinating technical support and consultation to corporate clientele who work within the serviced office space provided by Servcorp.
Key Responsibilities will include providing superior IT support service to our clients on-site, through helpdesk system, by telephone and e-mail. The successful candidate will also escalate advanced issues to senior engineers while providing clear and prompt communication to related parties. On-the-job training will be provided to develop the necessary technical skills for this position including Windows desktop provisioning and troubleshooting, Cisco Call Manager and Unity daily operation, Cisco based networking, etc.
Ability to maintain effective business discussions on the phone and email in a high-pressure environment
Ability to be a team player and remain customer focused
Experience in dealing with client IT support both over the phone and on-site
Experience in IT Service Desk related work is a plus
Candidates with IT qualifications such as MCP, CCENT will be given priority (not mandatory)
Japanese Level – Fluent (Required)
English Level – Business Level
Minimum Education Level - Associate Degree / Diploma
Visa Status – Japanese national or permission to work in Japan required
