In this position, you will be responsible for building communication and relationships with real estate brokerage firms and strengthening our online presence.
Communication with Real Estate Agents and other key organizations
Generate referrals from Real Estate Agents and other industries
Run special promotions, email campaigns etc
Build network with various business organizations
Maintain and provide high level satisfaction to stake holders
Related administrative work and create promotional materials
Manage external Workspace portals, ensuring they have correct and up to date listings
An eye for sales, ideally with a real-estate background
Results orientated and be able to work autonomously
Customer service focused and maintain a professional attitude at all times
A good team player and willing to support other team members at all times
Flexible and willing to learn new things
Able to communicate well with anyone including all external and internal stakeholders, and be good at building long-term relationships
Must have solid background in sales, (preferably in the Real estate industry but not essential.)
Japanese Level - Native (essential)
English Level - Business Level (TOEIC 800pts or higher)
Microsoft Office Intermediate level
Visa Status - Japanese national or permission to work in Japan required
