This is a recruitment position supporting the General Manager and T&D Manager of Japan.
Your primary focus will be to find suitable candidates for a wide range of positions from Junior Administrative Team to Middle Management positions.
You will take the role of ambassador to promote Servcorp as a work place for potential candidates and conduct initial interviews to find the best matches.
Experience in recruiting using online job sites and social media is vital.
The right candidate should have great communication skills, the ability to work independently and be results oriented.
Work experience in a high-class customer service industry is a plus.
1-2 years experience in recruitment field
Experience in updating and managing online recruitment sites
Experience in working with or for recruitment agencies
Always looks for improvements and takes initiative
Japanese Level – Native or equivalent (Required)
English Level – Business Level (TOEIC 800pts or higher)
Minimum Education Level - Associate Degree / Diploma
Visa Status – Japanese national or permission to work in Japan required
Microsoft Knowledge – Intermediate or higher level
One of the 15 locations in Tokyo
