Job Description:

This is a recruitment position supporting the General Manager and T&D Manager of Japan.
Your primary focus will be to find suitable candidates for a wide range of positions from Junior Administrative Team to Middle Management positions.
You will take the role of ambassador to promote Servcorp as a work place for potential candidates and conduct initial interviews to find the best matches.
Experience in recruiting using online job sites and social media is vital.
The right candidate should have great communication skills, the ability to work independently and be results oriented.
Work experience in a high-class customer service industry is a plus.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 1-2 years experience in recruitment field

  • Experience in updating and managing online recruitment sites

  • Experience in working with or for recruitment agencies

  • Result oriented

  • Always looks for improvements and takes initiative

Required Skills:
  • Japanese Level – Native or equivalent (Required)

  • English Level – Business Level (TOEIC 800pts or higher)

  • Minimum Education Level - Associate Degree / Diploma

  • Visa Status – Japanese national or permission to work in Japan required

  • Microsoft Knowledge – Intermediate or higher level

Work Location:

One of the 15 locations in Tokyo
All in central business districts.

Salary: Annual salary from 4,000,000 to 5,000,000 yen depending on experience, Pay raise is available.
Work Hours: 8:30 ~ 17:30
