PR & Marketing Coordinator (Tokyo)

This exciting role will see you act as a vital conduit between Servcorp and the real-estate industry of Japan. You will market Servcorp's workspace business solutions to real-estate agents generating important leads critical to the success of this business.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Generate referrals from real-estate agents and other industry professionals through active communication, visiting, event management, promotion and email campaigns etc.
  2. Manage referrals, create and edit marketing materials and arrange floor tours.
  3. Plan and organize events such as business seminars, new floor openings, social outings and sponsored events with embassies and foreign chambers of commerce etc.
  4. Develop relationships with government organizations, multinational companies and SMEs in order to promote Servcorp. Coordinate sponsorship opportunities and execute promotions.
  5. Create and send high quality email direct marketing blasts to promote new floor openings or new products or services.
  6. Update and maintain information on online referral websites.
  7. Support Sales Managers in promoting their floors.
  8. Support other Marketing Team members where required

Required Skills:

  • Have 2+ years work experience in a sales or marketing position.
  • Ability to translate marketing materials/documents written in English to Japanese.
  • Be self-motivated with a high degree of drive and capable of working independently.
  • Be tenacious with the ability to pursue every lead and effectively market Servcorp.
  • Be confident with the ability to sell yourself.
  • Be strong at networking. You will need maintain and build upon our vast network of real estate agents, brokers and potential buyers and sellers
  • Have a capacity to lead. We need you to manage our largest corporate events from planning to execution.
