Servcorp Japan K.K. (Head Office: Shinjuku, Tokyo; CEO: Alfred George Moufarrige, hereafter “Servcorp Japan”), a global leader in luxury flexible workspace and a pioneer of the Serviced Office and Virtual Office industry, is proud to announce the opening of its newest location in Osaka on Level 14 of the QUARTZ SHINSAIBASHI building, scheduled to open in July, 2026.
Osaka is entering its next growth phase from 2026 onward, supported by national growth strategies and large-scale urban redevelopment. The Keihanshin region continues to be designated by the Cabinet Office as a “Global Hub City (Wide-Area Metropolitan Model),” and with startup support initiatives, infrastructure development, and international events advancing on multiple fronts, office demand is once again on the rise.
In response to this growing demand, Servcorp will open a new location in the heart of Shinsaibashi, one of Osaka’s most prominent international commercial districts. Through this new location, and in close collaboration with Servcorp’s global network spanning more than 150 locations worldwide, Servcorp will strongly support the growth, innovation, and entrepreneurial activities of both domestic and international businesses across the Kansai region.
Enquiries are now being accepted ahead of the official opening.
The QUARTZ SHINSAIBASHI building is a major mixed-use development set to become a new landmark in the heart of Osaka’s Shinsaibashi district. Scheduled to open on 25th April 2026, the project integrates retail, office, and hotel functions within a single, sophisticated urban complex.
This 28 level complex offers direct access to Shinsaibashi Station, providing exceptional connectivity across Osaka and the wider Kansai region. By integrating multiple functions within a single development, the facility enhances spatial efficiency and ease of movement while supporting sustainable city development. In addition, the introduction of high-efficiency building systems, BEMS, solar power generation, and distributed energy solutions contributes to the reduction of CO₂ emissions and advances the use of clean energy, helping to minimize environmental impact.
Located in the heart of Shinsaibashi, the property also benefits from improving north–south connectivity driven by the Naniwasuji Line, which enhances integration between Honmachi, Umeda, and Namba. Combined with the area’s strong concentration of global enterprises and luxury brands, Shinsaibashi is expected to see significant value growth over the next decade, making it an ideal business location that offers convenience, visibility, and brand presence for both domestic and international companies.

The building’s exterior design is inspired by the concept of “Quartz,” symbolizing the crystallization of Shinsaibashi’s vibrant culture, sophistication, and timeless appeal.
The upper floors are designed to create a sense of elevation, reinforcing the building’s landmark presence along the Shinsaibashi skyline. The mid and lower-level floors will host a concentration of international luxury brands, establishing the building as a new luxury destination along Midosuji Avenue, further elevating its prominence in Shinsaibashi.

Servcorp Japan’s new workspace on the 14th floor marks the company’s 32nd location in Japan and its 5th in the Osaka region. Elegantly designed to combine functionality, comfort, and refined sophistication, creating a professional environment aligned with global business standards. Meticulous attention to detail is shown throughout the floor with granite and wood finishes, refined leather furnishings, and original artwork.
