Online Marketing Coordinator Tokyo

This is a junior to mid-level position assisting the Online Marketing Manager in managing the Servcorp Japan websites, and online advertisements.

Job Description:

As a market leader in the flexible workspace industry, Servcorp provides serviced offices, virtual offices, and coworking space across 30 locations in Japan and more than 150 locations worldwide. 
We are looking for a person passionate about the web and digital marketing and who would like to work in the online world for a global company!

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating updates and maintaining content for the Servcorp Japan Website(s) and Landing Page(s), oversee the coordination of regular email marketing and PPC campaigns and assist producing our blog contents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Updating and Managing Servcorp Japan’s websites and landing pages
  • Monitoring and optimizing PPC ads
  • Liaising with the Head Office Marketing Team and our agencies to implement correct search engine optimization and PPC strategies
  • SEO/SEM improvements
  • Analyzing and improving site performance and website conversions
  • Coordinating email marketing campaigns
  • Analyzing and improving the performance of email marketing campaigns

On-the-job training will be provided!

Required Skills:
  • Japanese Level – Native
  • English Level – Business Level (TOEIC 850pts or higher)
    Excellent written and verbal English skills to liaise with global teams, management, and agencies
  • Minimum Education – Associate Degree / Diploma
  • Visa Status – Japanese national or permission to work in Japan
  • Microsoft Office Aps – Intermediate or higher
  • Some knowledge of HTML and CSS
Preferred Skills (Not Required, You will be trained):
  • Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM and website analysis
  • Experience with Google Analytics / Google Ads
  • Experience creating/managing email marketing campaigns
  • Web Design experience (such as Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / Figma)
  • Google Ads & Google Analytics Certification

Salary: Annual salary from 4.5M yen depending on level of experience.
Work Hours: 8:30 ~ 17:30
