Osaka is known as the “Aqua Metropolis,” a vibrant city with rivers crossing through it. The Edobori area is a calm business area with a long history. Large companies would build their branch offices here, because the area was so easily accessible by the river and many of those businesses still remain today. The area is not only suitable for business, but with this great waterfront location the building is only five minutes away from one of the biggest parks in Osaka. Across the river lies the Festival Plaza shopping building and the National Museum of art. There are many upscale cafes and restaurants within the Edobori area, creating an environment of peace, relaxation, and luxury.
