Nexus Norwest is a stylish modern building located in the heart of the Norwest Business Park.
Designed by award winning Australian architects Leffler Simes this unique and premium development was completed in 2007. It is 7 floors high with 400 car spaces.
This modern facility was constructed with the aim of offering world-class office facilities to small businesses. Each strata office has plentiful natural light with floor to ceiling glazing, and opening to individual balconies to enhance the sense of light and space.
The grounds offer ample visitor parking and access to facilities such as the Norwest Marketplace, an onsite café and gym.
In-house amenities include a concierge, and secure basement parking.
The building boasts spectacular views over the Castle Hill Golf Course. Many of Norwest Business Park attractions – including the Sydney Ice Arena, Norwest Lake, Castle Hill Country Club and The Hills Lodge Hotel & Spa – are just a stroll away.
Tenants are in great company being positioned amongst large scale corporations such as ResMed, AAMI Insurance, Subaru, Fitness First gym, Woolworths head office, and one of the Reserve Bank of Australia's data centers.
Nearby amenities include banking facilities, Childcare and shopping centres.
50 minutes by car / taxi from the Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport.

Servcorp offices are located on level 5 of Nexus Norwest.
Level 5 features artwork created by a variety of artists from a small Aboriginal town of Nhulunbuy. Servcorp's founder and CEO Mr. Alf Moufarrige hand selected and purchased works from an original series of art during a visit to the Northern Territory. Each piece was painted or screen printed by a different person in the tribe with a theme of culture, law and environment.
