  • Event Coordination & Management
    Manage a variety of events for our clients to foster our community and for the public to attract new clients.
  • Online Community Management
    Manage our exclusive online community. Generate buzz to increase engagement and connect clients
  • Partnerships
    Create partnerships with external stakeholders to create exclusive offerings for our clients.
  • Other Marketing Activities
    Assist with various marketing projects including photoshoots, press releases, and more!
Job Description:

A passion to learn and grow as a Community Coordinator in the Marketing Team, managing Servcorp’s signature events and online community in Japan.

Required Skills:
  • Native Japanese
  • Business English
  • Creative, innovative, and well organized
Preferred Skills (Not Required):
  • Experience in event management / community management
  • Experience using Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign and presentation software
  • Strong understanding of new technologies and how they can be applied to marketing and The Community

Work Location: Prime location in Marunouchi in one of the most famous landmarks in the Tokyo Station / Marunouchi area, your office will be right above Tokyo Station. (Immediately accessible from Tokyo Station.)

Salary: Annual salary, 4-6M JPY, depending on skill set and experience. Flexible. Annual reviews.
