Community Coordinator Tokyo

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for community enrichment to ensure that all Servcorp Community Members have an engaging, dynamic experience with Servcorp. Under the general guidance of the PR & Marketing Manager, you are responsible for overseeing, supporting, & executing all community events across Japan. Furthermore, you will drive engagement on our online platform, the Servcorp Community with the aim of enhancing the overall member experience.

Job Description:

Event Management

  • Manage the programming of Community Meets – our signature event with the goal of lead generation

  • Build and implement event strategy including partnerships and programming

  • Develop and nurture relationships to cosponsor events with external stakeholders

  • Develop community initiatives designed to create connections between members, including member introductions and designing electronic and print communications

  • Create meaningful local strategic partnerships with organizations & individuals to host co-sponsored events

Servcorp Community Engagement

  • Generate buzz on the Servcorp Community by regularly updating the platform with news, event information, and member stories.

  • Create partnerships with external stakeholders with the aim of offering enticing discounts and deals for our members

  • Focus on the impactful nature of the partnerships and how they build the Community and activate them for mutual benefit

  • Drive engagement on the platform through campaigns and innovative initiatives

Other

  • Design various marketing materials

  • Administrative works including reports

Ideal Candidate:
  • excellent communication skills, public speaking

  • Results orientated and be able to work autonomously

  • Customer service focused and maintain a professional attitude

  • A good team player and willing to support other team members

  • Flexible and willing to learn new things

  • Able to communicate well with anyone including all external and internal stakeholders, and be good at building long-term relationships

  • Preferrably have proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite & presentation software
Required Skills:
  • Japanese Level - Native (essential)

  • English Level - Business Level (TOEIC 800pts or higher)

  • Microsoft Office Intermediate level

  • Visa Status - Japanese national or permission to work in Japan required

Salary: Annual salary, From 4M, depending on skill set and experience. Flexible. Pay raise. Benefits.
Work Hours: 8:30 ~ 17:30
