Servcorp provides 5 star services to our flexible workspace solutions’ clients; Serviced Office, Coworking and Vritual Office. You will play an important role in our clients’ business growth by providing professional secretarial services. Duties vary from drink service for client meetings and taking meeting minutes to interpretation, travel arrangements, expense reports, and creating and maintaining their websites. It all depends on what clients are looking for and what we can offer for their success.
Our foreign company clients need Japanese language support in native level to do business in Japan, therefore your Japanese level must be native or equivalent. As you already have some (or a lot of) experience as an assistant/secretary, you will soon start assisting clients allocated to you. Furthermore, you will be able to gain new skills! We will assist in training or send you to lessons.
Has some (more than 1 year) experience in office work environment as a secretary or assistant
Exhibits strong sense of hospitality and desire for new challenges
Has strong interest in supporting business and people
Japanese Level – Native or equivalent (Required)
English Level – Business (TOEIC 800pts or higher)
Minimum Education Level - Associate Degree or equivalent
Visa Status – Japanese national or permission to work in Japan (Required)
