"Ariake along with the neighboring Daiba together make up one part of the larger Tokyo Rinkaifukutoshin area, which is now slated to house one of the arenas used in the Tokyo 2020 olympics. As the area is located at the waterfront area of Tokyo Bay, it has some of the most scenic views in Tokyo. Ariake has no shortage of great facilities for businesspeople to enjoy, such as The Ariake Tennis park, Tokyo Fashion Town, and a myriad of hotels.
The area is extremely accessible, as well. Those who require access to-and-from Haneda Airport will find the hotels have convenient limousine bus service to Haneda. However, if the train is preferable, Kokusai Tenjijo Seimon station of the Yurikamome Line and Kokusai Tenjijo station of the Rinkai Line, which is directly connected to the JR Saikyo Line, are all within walking distance. Ariake is also only a 10 minute drive from the heart of Ginza. In Ariake, one can enjoy a smooth transportation to the centre of Tokyo whilst working in the relaxing environment of the bay area."
