This is a junior level help desk position in a growing global company.
Join our help desk team to resolve problems and answer questions for our valued clients and team members
Provide access to Servcorp’s exclusive smartphone applications
Learn to deploy PCs, phones, tablets, and other devices to Servcorp locations
Share gained knowledge by contributing to documentation and training onboarding Servcorp staff in simple IT procedures over the phone and as part of regular training courses
Escalate requests to senior IT staff as required
Adhere to Servcorp global standards and practices as a member of our global IT team

High communication skills
Japanese Level - Native (Preferred)
English Level - Business Level (TOEIC 700pts or higher)
Interest and curiosity in all facets of IT systems
Microsoft Windows and Office experience highly valued, but not required
Visa Status - Japanese national or permission to work in Japan required
