Servcorp Japan is hiring an IT Operations Technician to join our global IT team. The successful candidate will serve to maintain a 5-star level of Internet and telephony service for Servcorp clients and team members. On-the-job training and documentation will be provided to take advantage of your potential as a critical component of Servcorp’s growing IT team. Respond to support requests while learning hands-on IT skills, and assist in on-site projects. Servcorp’s unique IT service offerings are an asset for our clients and their businesses. The IT Operations Technician’s contributions via testing and feedback will maximize their success among our valued clients.
Join our help desk team to resolve problems and answer questions for our valued clients and team members
Respond to and resolve tickets escalated to the IT department
Support of new products and servcies
Collaborating with other IT members for projects and troubleshooting
Escalation of incidents to senior engineers

Japanese Level - Native (Preferred)
English Level - Business Level (TOEIC 700pts or higher)
Microsoft Windows 10

Visa Status - Japanese national or permission to work in Japan required
